  2. Prepare 200 g of Long Beans.
  3. Prepare 1 of Big Onion.
  4. Prepare 2 of Red Chillies.
  5. Prepare 2 of Green Chillies.
  6. You need of Ginger the length of index finger.
  7. You need Handful of Cherry Tomatoes.
  8. It’s 1 of tsb of Tumeric.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper.
  10. Prepare 1 of tsb of Spice Mix (the one with whole black pepper, etc).
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Pepper.
  13. You need 1/2 of tsb of Tamarind Paste.
  14. Prepare of Water.

Tumeric Beans and Carrots step by step

  1. Dice all Veggies up.
  2. Heat pan with 1 tsb of oil.
  3. Once pan is hot, throw in spice mix, onions, ginger and chillies.
  4. Once onion starts to turn translucent, throw in Carrots and add the tumeric, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Put in a bit of water, close lid and let simmer for 5 minutes..
  5. Add in long beans, close lid and let simmer for 5 minutes..
  6. Add in cherry tomatoes, tamarind paste and a bit more water. Close lid and let simmer for another 5 minutes..
  7. Season with salt and pepper..
